The Live Chat answered immediately and the sales staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Our initial setup had no issues, we got the server within 24 hours. About a month into the service one of our web hosting customers got a BIG TCP DDoS attack. Their support staff contacted us via support ticket to notify us of the attack. The website being attacked didn't appear to have any issues, I guess this was the DDoS protection working. The attack lasted about 2 hours, and afterwards the support sent us bandwidth graphs showing the attack and the originating IPs. They were able to block the IPs for us both on their network side, and explained how to add it to our software firewall. I thought it was pretty impressive, I felt taken care of. In the 6 months that is the only issue that has come up that I recall. It's been pretty much smooth sailing. With out a doubt the best support I have ever experienced."
